ENL Commercial owns a 56% stake in Cogir. The latter is a Grade A building & civil engineering contractor with an impressive track record.
Cogir was involved in the construction of the Palmeraie Hotel, Le Suffren Hotel & Marina, La Croix du Sud Hotel, Heritage Awali and Heritage Le Telfair hotels in Bel Ombre, Le Lycee des Mascareignes in Moka, the Bagatelle Mall of Mauritius, as well as the massive 240 duplex development of Port Chambly at Le Goulet, on the North West coast of Mauritius.
The Company is currently undertaking the construction of Bagatelle's Hotel and Office Park, Food and Allied's breeder Farm at Bonne Veine and Le Suffren Hotel Extension among others. |
