The latter is a Grade A building & civil engineering contractor with an impressive track record; Cogir was involved in the construction of the Palmeraie Hotel, Le Suffren Hotel & Marina, La Croix du Sud Hotel, Le Telfair and Heritage hotels in Bel Ombre, as well as Le Lycée des Mascareignes in Moka. The company is presently undertaking the construction of the massive 240 duplex development of Port Chambly at Le Goulet, on the North West coast of Mauritius. |
