| ENL Corporate Services offers a wide range of services, primarily to ENL Group companies. Its progressive yet attentive management approach brings together the following: strategic management, secretarial services, Media and Public Relations, IT services, human resource management, corporate social responsibility, finance and accounting services and internal audit services. |
- Finance & Accounting - provides financial advice and support to subsidiaries and prepares the consolidated financial statements for the group.
- Corporate Secretarial Services - is responsible for all secretarial activities, including shares registry for its subsidiaries.
- Human Resources - implements a comprehensive human resource development strategy for the group. Responsibilities include recruitment, induction, training and development, staff appraisals, promotions and transfers, welfare and Trade Union consultation.
- Information & Communications Technology - leverages ICT in the group and its subsidiaries and so in line with ENL's overall business strategy.
- Media and Public Relations - manages of the communications relationship with stakeholders with a view to further ENL's business objectives as well as promoting and preserving the group image.
- Corporate Social Responsibility - manages the CSR framework within which ENL can express its corporate citizenship and commitment to sustainable development.
- Internal Auditing - ensures that ENL companies are compliant with effective risk management and control procedures
