Since 1999, Espral was founded to serve the needs of ENL group. Over the time, services have diversified and the company adapted its business with the market needs. Year 2005 saw the creation of Espral International when Mauritius stood out as a new opportunity on the international real estate high standing market. With the emergence of the IRS (Integrated Resort Scheme) trend, a new team was set up, totally dedicated to the sales of Valriche Villas and La Balise Marina projects for non-Mauritians.

With a strong expansion during the past few years Espral still continues to recruit for new positions. The team is young and dynamic with a culture that promotes open communication and discussion, led by the passion and excellence. Espral has always encouraged his team to develop active listening skills that will enable them to identify and understand the needs of the group, as a real estate developer, along with market needs. This approach creates a strong team that contributes both internally and externally to the company.

Espral works very closely with all the project managers of ENL `s property. Its role is to participate in the elaboration of various projects as from their design conception and to intervene at specific periods to provide expertise and advice throughout all phases of project implementation. It also acts as a reference to ENL group as it keeps a record of the historic of all projects, so that experience acquired is optimised for the conception of any new projects, to ensure value added.

As a subsidiary of ENL, Espral is induced to act upstream and downstream for all its real estate development in harmony with the` history of the group.
