ENL is listed on the Development & Enterprise Market (DEM) of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius, and is involved in five major
business sectors: agriculture, commerce and manufacturing, property development, investment management as well as corporate services.
These activities are grouped into five business units.
ENL was incorporated in 1944 as a holding company to bring together the interests held by the Noël family. Since its inception, ENL has
steered the group's expansion across different business sectors, today positioning it as an important wealth creator for the Mauritian economy.

No Audit and Risk Management Committee and Corporate Governance Committee have been implemented at the level of ENL since the
Company's core business consists in investment and management of three subsidiaries all of which are equipped with fully fledged
systems of corporate governance. Besides, the Board of Directors remains the focal point of the corporate governance
system and is accountable and responsible for the performance and affairs of the Company.
