Outline of job role and purpose
ESP Landscapers Ltd is looking for a dynamic & proactive Site Officer to join its team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- To prepare site (to set out the site and organise facilities), to plan projects and ensure that they meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales and to oversee installation work.
- To implement the overall policies and objectives of the management of ESP Landscapers Ltd through gardening activities and the close and effective monitoring of the workers and resources under your responsibility.
- Landscape maintenance, restoration and supervision, management and coordination relative to works Plan and monitor daily works, to ensure execution as per program and schedule
- To prepare site (to set out the site and organise facilities), to plan projects and ensure that they meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales and to oversee installation work.
- Works closely with the Landscape Portfolio Executive regarding targets, plans and objectives for the department.
- Ensure that the service provided is fit for purpose, is consistent and meets both external and internal requirements
- Visit sites and Meet clients to understand their instructions and to answer their questions.
Qualification, Skills & Experience:
- Higher School Certificate Degree / Diploma in Agriculture (Horticulture or landscaping) will be a definite advantage.
- Capable in working in MS Office (computer literate) Able to read and understand construction drawings
- Holder of a valid driver’s license Familiar and have knowledge of plant species used in the landscaping industry
- Experience in managing landscaping works on construction sites would be ab advantage.
- Able to effectively handle multiple priorities, organise workload and meet deadlines.
- Any equivalent combination of education and experience
Salary Range: Negotiable upon qualification & experience.
