Outline of job role and purpose
Rennel Limited is currently looking for an Accounts Clerk.

Main responsibilities

• Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports to management
• Assist in creditors’ and debtors’ control
• Act as a back up whenever a team member is out of station or on leave
• Maintain proper records and schedules of accounts
• Ensure invoices are despatched on a regular basis
• Ensure accuracy of invoice details

Profile and experience:

• HSC with Accounting as main subject
• ACCA Level 1 (or any other equivalent qualification) could be an added advantage
• 2-3 years’ experience in a finance/accounting function
• Good computer literacy skills, with experience in Microsoft Excel
• Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
