Grewals is looking for an Indoor Sales Representative to act as a front liner representative in presenting and selling the product and services of the Company to customer.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential customers.
  • Ensure that the quality of service provided from pre sale to post sale is at the highest level with a view to build clientele and promote the company’s image.
  • Issue quotations and invoices to activate and maintain contract services.
  • Handle all requests, claims and complaints; resolve issue in a quick and efficient manner and follow up to ensure the customers’ satisfaction.
  • Any other duties that the management of the company considers to be appropriate.

Profile of candidate

  • Minimum a certificate in Sales and/or Marketing.
  • 3-5 years work experience in the Sales and Marketing sector.  Experience in timber and/or construction industry will constitute an advantage.
  • Dynamic, Motivated, Pleasant and extrovert personality, Enthusiastic and Customer service oriented with an efficient and businesslike approach.
  • Fully computer literate and highly proficient in written and spoken English and French.
  • Excellent administration, interpersonal and communication skills coupled with a high level of integrity.
  • A valid driving licence would be of an advantage too.
  • Any combination of education and experience.
