Outline of job role and purpose
To assist with postage of letters/documents as and when required;
To collect, sort and distribute letters/documents to their respective departments;
To carry out payments at suppliers, banks and other stakeholders;
To carry out cross functional dispatches/deliveries;
To assist in back office administration tasks (photocopying, inventories, but not limited to);
To assist in the purchase of kitchen inventories
To maintain record of activities as per to department’s procedure;
To assist with meeting room re-arrangement for various meetings/events and perform occasional handyman jobs inside the Office;
To assist in managing request requested by the Operations Manager or his/her substitutes;
During the office hours, the person will have mainly a Motorcycle for any displacement.
Experience and Qualifications:
Clear driving record.
Possess a driving license for Motorcycle and private car.
Enthusiastic, dynamic, energetic and customer service oriented.
Pleasant with an extrovert personality; Motivated and Focused.
Proficient in written and spoken English and French.
Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
