Outline of job role and purpose

Key Responsibilities 

  •  Lead, direct, coordinate, and manage all administrative, contractual and operational aspects of of Procurement and Purchasing. 
  •  Forecast likely future consumptions in order to determine personnel or material requirements. 
  •  Liaise with forwarding agents to organise shipments and provide all necessary documents for customs clearance. 
  •  Establish and maintain effcetive working relationships with all suppliers, service providers and all other departments of the company.

Your Profile, Skills and Experience 

  •  HSC holder and any equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Very detailed oriented and possess good analytical and negotiation skills
  •  A minimum of 3 years work experience in trade and distribution sector. 
  •  Able to work independently and/or in team in a dynamic work environment. 
  • Able to effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload and meet deadlines
