Reports to the Compliance Secretary

 

Outline of job role and purpose

  • Assist in administering and updating company secretarial software and provide support to other team members
  • Update organisation structure for Rogers Group and third parties
  • File statutory compliance and returns with the regulatory authorities for the Group
  • Build and maintain accurate and confidential filling system and ensure proper filing of all compliance documents
  • Provide clerical, secretarial and administrative assistance to the department and assist the team with any special projects arising for Rogers group
  • Schedule manager's agenda and ensure proper arrangement are made for meetings

 

Candidate qualifications and profile

  • HSC School Leavers
  • Diploma in Administration would be an advantage
  • At least 2 years experience in the administrative field
  • Working knowledge in Company Secretarial field would be an advantage
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English and French
  • Team player with  excellent interpersonal skills
