Outline of job role and purpose

Nabridas Ltd is among the market leaders in the manufacturing, sales and installations of fiberglass swimming pools, tanks and a variety of pool solutions. It operates two pool shops in Grand Bay and Tamarin to offer a wide range of pools solutions as well as sports and wellness products to a constantly growing client base.

 

Nabridas Ltd also offers purified water systems through its subsidiary company called Versatech.

 

We are looking for an energetic Sales Manager with strong sales and leadership skills to join and lead the sales team. The successful candidate will be reporting to the General Manager and will be responsible to achieve the yearly sales target of swimming pools and installations; manage the operations and sales team of our two Pool Shops; drive the water tanks sales through both B2B and B2C channels and work closely with the After Sales team in delivering excellent customer service and develop.

 

  • Participate actively in the development, evaluation, and implementation of new products and services to ensure a competitive position in anticipation of changing customers’ needs
  • Develop and execute a well thought-out strategic plan and budget consistent with the annual business plan
  • Establish and maintain current and potential client relationships and encourage repeat or new business by regular networking
  • Evaluate and propose action plan to improve the sales process and the customer journey in collaboration with the Marketing Manager
  • Grow ideas into marketing initiatives and subsequently promote initiatives and monitor responses
  • Arrange and lead new business meetings, delivering sales presentations in an efficient and professional manner
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and marketing events as and when required
  • Acts as a front line representative for the Company and provide excellent service consistent with the Company’s core service standards and brand attributes
  • Identify and resolve client concerns; communicates courteously by telephone, email, letter and face-to-face and constantly develop and maintains effective relationships with customers
  • Analyse statistics and data on a regular basis to determine the level of service the company is providing and take appropriate actions to maintain and exceed set standards
  • Liaise at all times with all team members and provide appropriate tools to team to facilitate sales/reaching targets set by Management
  • Sustain a work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect and employee satisfaction
  • Degree in Sales and/or Marketing or Business Administration
  • 3-5 years Sales Manager experience of multiple products and teams
  • Possess excellent leadership, administration, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven track record of a regular achiever of high sales target and profit
  • Highly customer oriented in constantly delivering satisfying solutions to clients
  • People person with good listening skills to help, develop and coach team members
  • Champion in multitasking who effortlessly delivers on challenging work schedules and agendas
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools including social media and business relevant internet sites and channels
