Outline of job role and purpose

We are recruiting a dynamic hotelier as CEO for our Hospitality sector (VLH Group)

The Scope

VLH based in Mauritius, employs 2000+ team members. We operate 8 medium to up-market hotels under two brands: Heritage Resorts & Veranda Resorts; a spa & cosmetics franchise (7 Colours Spa); a championship golf course; a world class beach club; a late 19th chateau-restaurant & manage the operations of 50 luxury villas (Heritage Villas).



The CEO’s mission

►   Lead the development of our Hospitality brands: Heritage Resorts (5 Star) and Veranda Resorts (3 - 4 Star)

►   Leverage on digitalisation & innovations in hospitality to enhance our value proposition

►   Ensure operational excellence aligned with international best practices

►   Curate a strong service excellence culture across the business

►   Embed sustainability & inclusive development as an established practice
