Outline of job role and purpose
The Brand Manager aims to effectively coordinate and manage sales activities to deliver the highest levels of service, maximizing profits while reaching a high level of employee and customer satisfaction. 
  • Define the strategy and objectives of the Brand to maximize profitability & market share 
  • Plan and implement key actions according to strategic objectives and budget 
  • Lead, manage and monitor performance of the sales team 
  • Analyze customer and employees surveys and implement actions to increase client/employees satisfaction and solve client complaints  
  • Manage stock and stock turn in collaboration 
  • Define the marketing and communication strategy for the Brand 
  • Align pricing strategy according to stock and sales objective 
  • Update knowledge as per dealership standard requirements and with the trends, technology of the business 
  • Participate in events as requested by the dealership as and when required 
  • Keep the showroom up to standard 
  • Act as a facilitator of the Brand with other internal services

-Min 10 years of work experience; of which, 4 yrs in a Managerial role and 4 yrs in sales 
