Technical Sales Executive

Outline of job role and purpose
Grewals is looking to recruit an experienced Technical Sales Executive to promote their line of roofing solutions including an innovative waterproofing product to commercial and residential customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible to develop visibility and client interests in the company’s roofing and waterproofing products on the market 

 

  • Work with key partners within the B2C and B2B sector to achieve sales target on a monthly basis.

 

  • Act as the main contact for clients’ requests, visits and product presentations/demonstration on site

 

  • Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts as per client demands/needs

 

  • Identify sales prospects and contact them as well as other accounts as assigned by the Manager

 

  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activities, cross-selling and synergies in the group 

 

  • Generate new businesses of both residential and commercial clients to ensure revenues meet or exceed budgets 

 

  • Participate regularly during the year in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and expositions
PROFILE OF CANDIDATE:

  • Qualification in Sales or Marketing and/or Construction and Civil 
  •  3-5 years work experience in the construction sector within roofing, concrete repair and waterproofing products 
  • Read and understand technical and structural drawings of buildings and site plans 
  • Habit of working on building sites and operate within Health and Safety rules 
  • Shows a dynamic, motivated and pleasant personality with a professional grooming 
  • Enthusiastic and customer service oriented with an efficient and business approach 
  • Fully computer literate and highly proficient in written and spoken English and French
  •  A valid driving license is essential to this job
