Your purpose

Implement ENL Group’s sustainability strategy and operating principles

Key responsibilities

  • Foster a culture of sustainability and develop a sustainability network within ENL Group
  • Assist in the implementation of sustainability policies and procedures across ENL Group
  • Participate in the implementation of specific sustainability projects within ENL Group
  • Participate to sustainability committees within ENL Group
  • Assist in the monitoring of sustainability projects and identified measures across ENL Group, including reporting and communication
  • Enhance the positive awareness of stakeholders towards the sustainability strategy of ENL Group, and serve as one of their key point of contacts
  • Assist in finding new avenues of growth through sustainable business lines
  • Participate in building effective partnerships with external organisations to support sustainability strategies
  • Keep up to date with sustainability benchmarks and guidelines to proactively provide recommendations at ENL Group
Your profile
  • Qualification in Sustainable Development or any other related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar job with a proven successful track record
  • Any equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to relate sustainability to the business context
  • Highly motivated, proactive team-player with a positive attitude
  • Strong networking & relational skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management
  • Ability to organise, prioritise, meet deadlines and maintain a high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and French (written and oral)
