• Provide company secretarial services to a portfolio of
companies
• Schedule Boards, Sub-Committees and Shareholders’
meetings and prepare the agenda thereto
• Take and produce minutes of Boards, Sub-Committees and
Shareholders’ meetings
• Act as a key point of contact between the shareholders, the
Boards and the companies
• Monitor changes in the relevant legislation, regulations
and Codes and regularly benchmark with best practice in
Corporate Governance
• Coach and grow team members to deliver high quality
service
• Build and maintain positive relationships with the Legal team,
stakeholders and relevant regulatory authorities

Candidate qualification and profile :
• ICSA qualified or degree holder in law or equivalent
qualification
• At least 5 years’ experience in a management position acting
as Company Secretary
• Agile - dynamic, flexible and proactive resource who
welcomes change & challenges the status quo
• Outward mindset - customer centric with a strong focus on
delivering value to clients
• Self-Leadership - autonomous self-starter who leads by
example with clarity of mind
• People leadership - strong coaching skills and ability to grow
people & influence positively
