ENL Corporate Services is actively looking for an HR Officer to join the HR Team of the Corporate Office.  The main purpose of the HR Officer will be to actively participate in the design, planning, implementation, and follow-up of assigned Group HR Projects



Key responsibilities are as follows:

  • Coordinate, design and implement assigned group HR projects while ensuring adherence to set budget and agreed deliverables
  • Ensure successful and timely completion of designated areas of responsibilities pertaining to group HR projects
  • Act pro-actively to anticipate and tackle, where possible, any potential issues and risks related to group projects
  • Participate in the design, implementation, and maintenance of Group HR operations
  • Assist in the design and implementation of processes and practices to attract, develop, engage, and retain the best talent to support a sustainable competitive advantage of ENL Group
  • Track progress, evaluate and report on the impact of talent management initiatives
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing talent management practices by staying abreast on the latest trends and best practices and suggesting relevant enhancements thereof
  • Drive HR analytics efforts using both internal and external data sources to interpret and support business leaders
  • Contribute to the adoption of HR best practices through relevant technology that will enable automation and further efficiency in existing HR processes



Candidate’s Profile:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/Business Management or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably with prior exposure designing and implementing HR Projects
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English and French (written and oral)
  • Being attentive to detail and thorough in tasks completion
  • Demonstrated ability for creative thinking and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office and collaborative tools
