Landscape Portfolio Executive (ESP Landscapers Ltd)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Act as primary on-site contact to project team and portfolio of clients.
• Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance/quality.
• Train, motivate, develop and manage site personnel for performance improvement.
• Review budget objectives on a monthly interval and report on any variation.
• Manage job scheduling to ensure on- time completion of jobs and fulfilment deadlines.
• Proactively pursue the development of standard practices and update site procedures accordingly.
• Assess plant and supplies quality through visits to suppliers.
• Oversees and conducts field inspections prior to finalization of landscape plans and as landscape projects progress to determine compliance with regulations and specifications.

Profile, Qualification & Experience:

• Degree / Diploma in Agriculture (Horticulture or landscaping) will be a definite advantage.
• Capable of working with MS Office (Fully computer literate with ability to learn new software).
• Ability to read and understand construction & landscaping drawings.
• Holder of a valid driver’s license.
• Familiar and have knowledge of plant species used in the landscaping industry.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing landscaping works on construction and/ or maintenance sites.
• Dynamic, Motivated, Focused, Pleasant and extrovert personality, Enthusiastic and Customer service oriented with an efficient and business-like approach.
• Professional and neat appearance is essential.
• Excellent negotiation, marketing and selling skills.
• Excellent leadership, administration, interpersonal and communication skills coupled with a high level of integrity. 
• Able to work independently and/or in team in a dynamic work environment.
• Able to effectively handle multiple priorities, organise workload and meet deadlines.
• Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Salary: Negotiable upon qualification & experience.
