Outline of job role and purpose
Heritage Villas Valriche, a luxury real estate developper in Mauritius, is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate entrepreneur with sharp business acumen to take up the challenge as:

EUROPE REPRESENTATIVE (to be based in Europe and reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing of Heritage Villas Valriche)


MISSIONS:

  • Lead a network of European introducers composed mainly of real estate agencies, golf courses and liberal professions (Notaries, Tax Lawyers, Accountants, Family Offices, etc.).
  • Prospect and search for new opportunities, including the appointment of new business introducers in the following regions: France, Switzerland, Benelux, Germany and the United Kingdom. 
  • Follow up on prospects from the above countries who have visited the domain. 
  • Deal with prospects from the above countries generated through the website.
  • Organise the stay of these prospects with Heritage Resorts in Mauritius.
  • Qualify prospects before their stay in Mauritius: Needs | Budget | Timing | Source of Funding.
  • Understand and report on the dynamics of each market: Interest | Budget | Positioning of Mauritius in the market.
  • Build and expand a portfolio of English-, German- and French-speaking clients over time.
  • Develop the network of owners by organising different events in their countries to meet with prospects provided by them.
  • Guide the Marketing & Communication Officer in his missions on a case-by-case basis to develop suitable advertising materials for each country.
  • Report weekly to the Head of Sales and Marketing on the actions carried out.
  • Ensure the updating of the CRM for European prospects.


QUALITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Position based in Europe with at least one trip to Mauritius per year 
  • Strong knowledge of real estate (5 years of experience minimum)
  • Written and oral fluency in French and English. German is a plus
  • Full command of the Microsoft suite (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to travel easily (about once a month)
  • Ease of communication
  • Interpersonal skills in both English and French
  • Writing skills in both English and French
  • Network person
  • Pragmatic | Methodical | Rigorous
  • Position through the auto-entrepreneur scheme
