Pauline Seeyave, born in 1974, was appointed as Non-Executive Director in September 2023.
She is currently the Group Chief Financial Officer of New Mauritius Hotels (NMH) Limited. Prior to joining NMH, she held senior executive positions in banking, where she excelled in finance, risk management, credit, project finance, and corporate banking. She also worked in the field of audit and business assurance in the UK.
Pauline is currently a Non-Executive Director of Innodis Ltd and a member of the Listing Executive Committee of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius.
