ERP and CRM Support Specialist

We are seeking an Application Support Specialist to provide technical support and assistance to employees using the dealership's various enterprise applications, including ERP and CRM systems. This is an entry-level position, and we will provide training and guidance to help you develop your skills in this area. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of enterprise applications and a willingness to learn and grow in this field.


Key Responsibilities:

•  Provide technical support and assistance to employees using the dealership's various enterprise applications, including ERP and CRM systems.
•  Learn how to install, configure, and maintain enterprise applications under the guidance of the ICT team.
•  Assist with the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documentation related to enterprise applications.
•  Monitor system performance and report issues to the ICT team.
•  Collaborate with the ICT team to identify and implement system upgrades and enhancements.
•  Participate in training sessions to learn how to provide training to new employees on how to use enterprise applications.
•  Stay up to date with industry developments and best practices related to enterprise applications.

 

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field (preferred, but not required).
•  Basic understanding of enterprise applications, including their architecture and functionality (training will be provided).
•  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•  Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus (but not required).

 

Work Environment:

The Application Support Specialist will primarily work in an office environment but may occasionally need to work in the dealership or service center setting. The job may require occasional work outside of regular business hours to perform system upgrades or resolve technical issues.
