Job Objective
To provide technical support and assistance to employees using the dealership's various enterprise applications, including ERP and CRM systems. This is an entry-level position, and we will provide training and guidance to help you develop your skills in this area. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of enterprise applications and a willingness to learn and grow in this field.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide technical support and assistance to employees using the dealership's various enterprise applications, including ERP and CRM systems.
- Learn how to install, configure, and maintain enterprise applications under the guidance of the ICT team.
- Assist with the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documentation related to enterprise applications.
- Monitor system performance and report issues to the ICT team.
- Collaborate with the ICT team to identify and implement system upgrades and enhancements.
- Participate in training sessions to learn how to provide training to new employees on how to use enterprise applications.
- Stay up to date with industry developments and best practices related to enterprise applications.
These responsibilities may be reviewed as and when required or following a review of the organization structure or objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred, but not required).
- Basic understanding of enterprise applications, including their architecture and functionality (training will be provided).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently.
