Job Summary

 As a Junior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst at Axess, you will play a crucial role in learning to gather, analyze, and transform data into meaningful reports, dashboards, and visualizations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making and contribute to the development of BI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and business objectives.
• Receive training in querying databases and extracting relevant data using SQL.
• Assist in cleaning and preprocessing data for analysis.
• Learn to create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate insights.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
• Support the development of standardized reporting processes.

Business Intelligence Development:

• Assist in the development of BI solutions using tools such as Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Learn to design and create interactive dashboards and reports that provide valuable insights.
• Participate in data modeling and design activities to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
• Work on data integration and ETL processes to support BI initiatives.
• Collaborate with BI team members to enhance data visualization and reporting capabilities.
• Assist in maintaining and optimizing existing BI solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong interest in business intelligence, data analysis, and data visualization.
• Eagerness to learn SQL, BI tools, and data modeling concepts.
• Basic understanding of data visualization concepts and best practices is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks with a willingness to learn and adapt.
