QUALITY MANAGER

JOB SUMMARY

 

The Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing the Quality function at Axess Ltd. His/her primary role is to ensure adherence to quality principles and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

The ultimate goal is to ensure the QMS effectively supports the company’s strategy and enhances customer satisfaction by conducting in-depth reviews to maintain the QMS’s suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness in the context of the automobile industry.

 

KEY DIMENSIONS

  • Lead and manage the Quality function across the organisation.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality & Change Management System (Q&CMS).
  • Facilitate and support the continuous improvement efforts across all business units.
  • Assist in establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to track quality performance.
  • Conduct internal quality audits to maintain Quality system certification.
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify roots causes and assist in implementing corrective actions.
  • Review and assess the impact of changes on customer experience and business operations.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations. 
  • Report on quality performance and improvement initiatives to the Steering Committee and Management team.

 

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Professional quality management certification, ideally with a focus on the automotive industry.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management, within the automobile dealership or automotive services sector.
  • Experience in conducting and managing internal audits, with a strong understanding of automotive standards and regulations.
  • Experience in implementing and maintaining Quality standards.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing quality improvement initiatives.
