SALES REPRESENTATIVE (AXESS LTD)

At Axess

The Sales Representative is the key point of contact between Axess Ltd and its clients: answering queries, offering advice and introducing new products. He/she will be responsible to review sales performance, negotiate contracts and packages and aim to achieve monthly or annual targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
▪ Establish and maintain relationships with individual or business customers or provide assistance when problems arise.
▪ Assist in developing pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
▪ Contact and meet prospects on a daily basis to maximize profits and conduct new business calls and cold calls.
▪ Provide customers with quotations within deadline and negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
▪ Serve as a primary contact with clients in terms of account management and customer service.
▪ Create and present proposal presentations to prospects if needed.
▪ Negotiate contracts with vendors or distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks or developing distribution strategies.
▪ Participate in promotional activities or trade shows to build a strong network and market products or services.
▪ Responsible for reporting to the management on a weekly, monthly and annual basis; including responsibilities regarding the departmental budget.
▪ Build a productive working relationship both within and across department through clear communications using different forms to ensure effectiveness of the department.
▪ Assist in developing and implementing innovative methods/ideas to improve service and performance.
▪ Develop knowledge relating to market trends and products within the marketplace via training and related methods.
▪ Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
▪ Education: At least HSC
▪ At least 3 years of work experience in sales, preferably in the automobile sector
▪ Languages: Fluent in French, English and Creole.
▪ Computer skills: proficient with all computer applications.
▪ Valid manual driving license
