ENL Property Limited is actively looking for a confident individual to provide comprehensive support to the Finance department of the Company from July till December 2025
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide accounting and admin support.
- Preparation & dispatched of cheques.
- Follow up with bank signatories.
- Preparation of Purchase Requisition and PO.
- Processing of accounts payable invoices
- Prepare accounts receivable invoices and send monthly SOA.
- Monitoring and follow up of Ageing Debtors.
- Perform weekly bank reconciliation.
- Adhoc admin / accounting duties as may be required.
Qualifications, Skills and Experiences:
- HSC with good results in accounting.
- BSc (Hons) in Accounting and Finance or Starting ACCA courses.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good knowledge of accounting double entries.
- Attention to detail.
- Well organised, proactive and can do attitude.
- Good team player.
- Ethical work attitude.
