Are you ready to make a significant impact in internal audit across diverse segments? We are looking for a Team Leader-Internal Auditor to join the dynamic Management Office of the ENL & Rogers groups.
Your Role:
- Assist management in performing internal audit assignments by travelling to different sectors/overseas.
- Develop an understanding of business processes being audited through the gathering of relevant documentation and information.
- Identify and assess key risks, perform tests on internal controls, discuss and report findings to the clients, the Internal Audit Manager and the Head of Internal audit.
- Provide value-added recommendations based on facts finding and evidence.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly reports to the relevant audit committees.
- Make use of technology (e.g. Microsoft office or other tools available) for internal audit assignments/ consulting services.
- Act as a coach with team members.
- Assess how well the business is complying to rules, regulations and the code of ethics and informing management of any issues that need to be addressed promptly.
- Assist audit team to build and maintain a performance driven culture throughout the organisation.
Your Profile:
- Education: Degree in Accounting or related field; ACA/ACCA qualification (part or full) preferred; CIA qualification would be an advantage.
- Experience: 5-6 years in auditing or accounting roles, with a solid understanding of audit methodologies.
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
- Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality results.
