Junior Business Central Developer

Rogers Capital Outsourcing Ltd is searching for a Junior Business Central Developer to work in its Digital and Data Department.

The chosen person will report to the Senior Technical Team Lead.

Outline of job role and purpose:

• Software customisation and software programming using MS Dynamics NAV/BC programming language (AL coding), VB programming language and SQL Database.
• Assist the Senior Technical Team Lead in creating technical documentation.
• Work on minor bug fixes.
• Support and drive process change and communication in line with NAV best practice.
• Assist with technical specifications of customizations and integrations required for NAV implementations.
• Provide go-live and post-live support.
• Work with the Project Managers, Business Analyst and functional Consultants to understand the business / application requirements of the assigned task.

Candidate profile and qualifications:

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in software engineering, IT or any other related field.
• Microsoft Dynamics/ BC certification(s) in related discipline shall be an advantage.
• Familiar with C#, .NET, AL, VB or other software programming skills.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple demands.
• Effective time management skills.
• Good communication skills (English and French).
