Overview:
We R recruiting a dynamic Social Media & Communication Officer to provide support to the Manager Digital Communication, and the Communication department of Rogers.
Your role:
- Provide support in the implementation of the digital strategy and advise on appropriate digital communication and marketing solutions.
- Follow-up with key stakeholders for content-gathering purposes.
- Create and implement monthly content calendars for the social media accounts of the Rogers Group and identified subsidiaries (content identification and planning, creative copywriting for social media platforms and website articles, and basic graphic design tasks).
- Plan, set up, and monitor paid digital marketing campaigns/ social ads: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
- Plan and create weekly internal newsletters and dedicated ones for campaigns.
- Analyse, measure, and provide monthly digital performance reports: social media accounts, newsletters, campaigns, website, etc.
- Maintain and update the website with seo-optimised content.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, technology, and best practices in terms of digital communication and marketing
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communication, with a preferred specialisation in digital communication/marketing.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in digital communication/marketing and content creation.
- Good knowledge of social media platforms, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and email marketing software.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design would be an advantage.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and French.
- Keen interest in digital marketing and broader digital tools (eg. new AI platforms)
- Strong organisational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines.
