Key Responsibilities 
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and yearly financial accounts.
  • Assist Management in the preparation of yearly budget 
  • Assist in the month-end and year-end closure process
  • Review the monthly billing calculations and ensure monthly invoicing to customers done in a timely manner
  • Debtors & Creditors Management including follow-ups.
  • Oversee statutory submission including TDS, VAT, and Corporate Tax
  • Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of accounts and maintain proper accounting records
  • Implement and/or maintain accounting control procedures.
  • Preparation of monthly & quarterly management reporting packs, including variance reports.
  • To deal with Internal Auditors, External Auditors, financial institutions, MRA and other financial instruction.
  • Agree inter Company balance on a monthly basis
  • Preparation of weekly cash position
  • Responsible of a team 


Qualifications, Skills and Experience 

  • ACCA fully qualified or any other relevant qualifications
  • Experience in property sector would be a definite advantage
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of major accounting software packages
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload and meet deadlines.
  • Strong work ethics
